LT11′s very own Ryan Silven made the big trip across the Atlantic last year on a mandatory pilgrimage to the world’s best bouldering destination, Fontainebleau. Ryan spent a month in this Mecca of rock climbing and worked his way through the thousands of classics, taking them down one boulder at a time. Upon his return, our LT11 intern, Alton Richardson, got to work on his very first project for us, editing the Font video that Ryan brought back.
We are proud to present this short film about Ryan’s efforts in the forrest of France. In this short video Ryan Silven explores the storied forest of Fontainebleau, France in search of the history, experience, and, most of all, the blocs found underneath the canopy. Such classics as “La Baleine”, “Noir Desir”, and “La Jocker” should be on everyone’s lifetime lists. Watch and enjoy. The forest beckons.
